ALIDA designs ship worldwide.

ALIDA designs use DHL for all customer orders purchased online.

For most orders places with the EU, your items will be delivery within 2 working days.

For the rest of the world, the delivery will take 7-10 working days.

Please note that ALIDA designs is not responsible for any unanticipated delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from DHL. Using the tracking number and link provided in this email you will be able to track your order, register further instruction for the courier (e.g. to leave the parcel with a neighbour) or opt to change the delivery address. Please note that changes to the delivery address can only
be facilitated within the same country as the original delivery address.

Due to the high value of ALIDA designs products a signature is required upon all deliveries.

If no adult is available to sign for the parcel, the delivery person will come up to 3 times, three working days in a row. After this, the order will be held at the collect point near you for 5 days.

If you do not pick up your parcel at the collect point near you within these 5 days, your order will be returned to our headquarters and will be subject to a cancellation and a refund.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order e-mail alidadesigns2021@gmail.com quoting your order number, as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes requested however, once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or amended.
